Lead Financial Controller (Finance & Legal)

Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the company’s annual budget.

  • Preparation of financial reports and analyses, including:

    • monthly controlling reports, 

    • financial information for the quarterly financial statements,

    • presentations for the management and supervisory boards,

    • financial information for investor presentations.

  • Monitoring performance to budget and investigating variances.

  • Collaborating closely with the CFO and COO.

  • Acting as Finance Partner to other internal departments.

  • Executing ad hoc tasks and projects. 

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller 

  • Previous experience in coordinating/leading the Financial Controlling team. 

  • Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • Working knowledge of IFRS/IAS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

  • Strong Excel skills.

  • Proactive approach with a “can-do” attitude.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to address issues openly and reasoning skills.

  • Polish: Fluent.

  • English: Basic working proficiency.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in the gamedev industry.

  • Experience in audit.
